Yesterday, my friend’s brother called to tell me he ended his life and had left notes behind for his family to contact people in his life as well as a box he had prepared for his family to send to me. I want the box because it’s something from my friend. But I’d rather have him here. I hope his mind is eased even though my heart is in pain.
